Dispute and Complaint Resolution Mechanism

Car Doctor and its partner units are responsible for handling complaints and supporting users regarding information about services/products posted on the Car Doctor app.

In the event of a dispute, Car Doctor prioritizes negotiation and reconciliation between the parties to maintain members’ trust in the quality of Car Doctor’s services, following these steps:

Step 1: Users can file complaints regarding product or service information provided by partner units via email at info@cardoctor.com.vn or contact the management team directly via the hotline at +84 985 135 050.

Step 2: The Customer Care Department of Car Doctor will receive user complaints. Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint, Car Doctor will implement specific measures to support the user in resolving the dispute. This department will proactively resolve the issue quickly and respond with the resolution outcome based on the company’s published policies within three (03) business days from the date the complaint is received.

Step 3: If the matter is beyond Car Doctor’s capability and authority, the management team will request the user to refer the case to the relevant state authority for resolution according to the law. Car Doctor respects and strictly complies with legal regulations on protecting user (customer) rights.
