Job Description 

  • Design, implement, and operate cloud-native infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
  • Build and maintain optimized CI/CD pipelines to ensure product release speed and quality.
  • Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry, etc.) to ensure system reliability (SLA/SLO compliance).
  • Lead the deployment and management of container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) with autoscaling and self-healing capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, and Security teams to standardize release, rollback, and versioning processes.
  • Propose and implement security policies, secrets management, and access control (IAM, Vault, SSO, etc.).
  • Continuously optimize operational costs (cost monitoring, resource usage) to ensure system efficiency, security, and stability.

Experience & Skills 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE; experience in SaaS companies or microservices architecture is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in AWS services: EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform (required).
  • Hands-on experience in designing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins: building shared libraries, using JCasC, integrating automated testing tools.
  • Deep understanding of operating Kubernetes at scale, deploying applications using Helm, and managing multi-tenant architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts, GitOps workflows, and automation pipelines.
  • Experience in implementing and operating monitoring, logging, and tracing systems following observability best practices.
  • Strong understanding of system security: CI/CD hardening, secret management, IAM/RBAC, security automation, and least privilege principles.
  • Preferred: experience working with large-scale, distributed systems in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong system thinking, proactive in continuous improvement and optimization, with effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
