Payment Policy

The VNPAY-QR payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use bank cards/accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR features integrated into mobile banking applications of partner banks, or linked e-wallets to make transactions and apply discount codes (if available).

Payment methods VNPAY

Payment via “Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR”.

Step 1: Select your desired product or service and choose “Pay Now” or “Place Order.”
On the payment page, please double-check the selected products, fill in the recipient information, select the VNPAY payment method, and press “Place Order Now.”

Step 2: The payment screen will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment App” option.

Step 3: Choose a bank app or e-wallet linked to VNPAY from the list.

Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
– Case 1: The app automatically switches to the banking app or e-wallet for payment.
Log in to your bank app or e-wallet, and the payment information will be displayed.
Review the information, enter any discount code (if available), and complete the payment.

– Case 2: The app shows a notification: “Please use the device’s default browser.”
On the QR code screen, select “Download Payment Code” or take a screenshot of the QR code.
Open the banking app or e-wallet, select the QR code scanning feature.
Upload the QR code image from your phone’s gallery; the payment information will appear instantly.
Review the details, enter any discount code (if available), and complete the payment.

Step 4: After the payment is completed, the screen will return to the original app, and a successful order confirmation message will appear.
2. Payment via “Domestic Card and Bank Account”

Step 1: Select your desired product or service and choose “Pay Now” or “Place Order.”
 On the payment page, please double-check the selected products, fill in the recipient information, select the VNPAY payment method, and press “Place Order Now.”

Step 2: The payment screen will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose “Domestic Card and Bank Account” and select the bank for card payment from the list.

Step 3: Enter the required card/account details and select “Authenticate.” An OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number; enter the OTP code to complete the transaction.
Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.

Step 4: After completing the payment, you will receive a successful order confirmation message in the app.

3. Payment via “International Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”
The process is similar to the “Domestic Card and Bank Account” payment method.

4. Payment via “VNPAY E-wallet”
The process is similar to the “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment App” method.
